Mark has extensive experience working in the Salesforce space on both the Sales and Service side. After serving in the USAF during Desert Storm mark entered the high tech space working for various Software companies on the IT and operations side before becoming a Salesforce consultant.
YOUR WORK:
How did you get started with Salesforce?
I implemented it for myself back in 1998 and fell in love with how I could do everything I needed myself.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
I love that I can build creatively without fear that when a native update comes out it will break everything I have done.
What energizes you at work?
Solving something new that is going to have real endurance as a solution.
Name a work achievement you’re proud of.
First Generative AI Einstein bot launched in June of 2023, leveraging Azure LLM and Pinecone Vector DB.
YOUR MINDSET:
Who or what inspires you?
Creative thinkers who solution without ego. My hero is Leonardo DaVinci.
What’s one thing you’re learning now? (professional or personal)
I learned how to properly heat-form Kydex to create a gun holster that the weapon clicks into without getting stuck as you draw it. This was for a hidden holster in a walnut nightstand I built for my son in law.

Sarcastic, Generous, Considerate

What’s something you love about the place you live?
Hmm, Estes Park I love the mountains and Wildlife. Hockley Texas I love the value for the real estate and no snow in the winter.
What could we find you doing outside of work?
Wood Working, Blade Smithing, Welding, Drawing, designing a tiny camper, playing D&D, anything that involves creating something really.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback?
Spending time with family and friends instead of social media.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
What a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong, but you better bring Whiskey
