I got my start with Salesforce as the quintessential “accidental admin”. Working as a system administrator for a law firm which had just purchased Salesforce, I was asked to learn the ropes of CRM and incorporate Salesforce administration into my list of other duties. I became obsessed with the platform and leaned into Salesforce as a fulltime career.

Approaching a similar problem with new perspective. There is hardly ever a single way to accomplish something in Salesforce. The variety of options available to build solutions with lends itself to engaging, challenging and fun work.

Building trust with my clients and passing along lessons learned to my team. I’ve had the pleasure of standing on the shoulders of giants in my professional career, so giving back to my team and the Salesforce community when the opportunity arises is a valuable part of my work.

I set a goal for myself to earn nine certifications in nine months when I began my Salesforce journey. Reaching that goal shortly after a career transition was satisfying to say the least!
