Chandra is a 15x Certified Salesforce Solution Architect, focusing on multi-cloud, complex transformational projects. With over 10 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, her past experience in product management, supply chain, marketing, and engineering shaped Chandra’s forward thinking and big picture mindset.
YOUR WORK:
How did you get started with Salesforce?
After working several years in Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain roles at a manufacturing company, I was asked to lead a project to automate pricing for complex, engineered-to-order products. The transformation involved integrating with on-premise ERP and sunsetting home grown database systems, with Salesforce and CPQ being the best solution. I learned Salesforce through that implementation, and the global expansions that quickly followed.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
Salesforce provides such a wide toolbox to design and solve for business challenges. I love that value can be quickly delivered, and we rarely have to say “No” to a vision or idea.
What energizes you at work?
My colleagues are some of the most intelligent, creative, and motivated people I know. I feed off of their energy, and they inspire me to be better every single day.
Name a work achievement you’re proud of.
Rosetree encourages us and provides paid time to volunteer to a cause of our choosing. I have been helping a non-profit with their Salesforce instance for a few years, and I am proud that the work we are doing together is helping to provide amazing experiences and gifts to children with life-altering medical conditions.
YOUR MINDSET:
Who or what inspires you?
I have two teenage daughters and I love for them to see that a career can be fun, challenging, and rewarding all at the same time. Surrounding yourself with talented and encouraging people makes all of the difference!
What’s one thing you’re learning now? (professional or personal)
It’s pickleball, ya’ll! I’ve enjoyed learning to play pickleball and how universal it is across skill and age brackets. I play with friends new and old, my family, and get humbled by my retired parents every chance I get.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Energetic, driven, passionate

What’s something you love about the place you live?
The upstate South Carolina area has a little bit of everything: four-season weather, mountains, great restaurants, breweries, and several lakes.
What could we find you doing outside of work?
I enjoy any and all active pursuits: running, biking, exercising, jigsaw puzzles and watching sports – especially my kids’ games and my Clemson Tigers.
