Stag Land was successfully using Salesforce for around a year when they noticed a change in business process caused conflict with their Salesforce build out. Due to these changes, Stag Land needed to review their setup and understand ways Salesforce could be changed to adapt to their new processes.
SOLUTIONS
Rosetree provided a solution architect architecture to review the current processes and technical debt. An in-person workshop was run to review end to end the user process and come up with recommendations on ways to adapt Salesforce to their new processes.
RESULTS
Rosetree delivered several recommendations to update the end user experience to conform Salesforce to their new business processes. High level object architecture and strategy was designed, allowing Stag Land to understand what needs to change to achieve future goals.
