GETTING TO KNOW...

MICHELLE WHITMAN

Senior Salesforce Consultant
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Michelle joined the Rosetree Solutions team in December 2020. She is a Senior Salesforce Consultant focused on Sales Cloud.

YOUR WORK:

How did you get started with Salesforce?

It all started with one of the most common problems in a legacy Salesforce environment – unclean data! I have a passion for data integrity so my Salesforce journey began with converting free-text to picklist fields and quickly escalated to becoming a Senior Salesforce Administrator.

What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?

Salesforce is so extremely flexible and continually adding new clouds and features that it’s impossible to get bored configuring new solutions because the possibilities and learning opportunities are endless.

What energizes you at work?

Coffee… and a deep sense of satisfaction every time our team of experienced consultants works together to remove pain points for a client in their Salesforce environment.

Name a work achievement you’re proud of.

I have terrible test anxiety so I’m pretty proud of my Salesforce certifications.

YOUR MINDSET:

Who or what inspires you?

Everyday heroes. Stories about people who have every reason to quit but they don’t ever give up on their goals.

What’s one thing you’re learning now? (professional or personal)

Drywall repair. Very dusty.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Thoughtful, loyal and adorable.

JUST FOR FUN:

When you aren’t helping organizations sell faster, serve better, and work smarter, what can you be found doing? (hobbies and interests)

Working out in my garage gym. I enjoy weight lifting and tolerate cardio workouts… so I can lift more of course.

What trend do you hope makes a comeback?

Throwing sheep at your friends on Facebook. Don’t know where it came from, don’t know why it ended.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

I have never done karaoke before however I feel like it would probably be a 90s ballad or a boy band song from the early 2000s.

We’re excited to have Michelle join Rosetree Solutions. Welcome!
