Kristi joined the Rosetree Solutions team in January 2021. She is an 8x certified Salesforce consultant with 9 years of Salesforce experience.
How did you get started with Salesforce?
I am the definition of an accidental admin. I got into Salesforce while working at an international humanitarian aid organization when we implemented Salesforce to bring together our inventory tracking, donor information and volunteer tracking in one unified system in 2012.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
I love to push the boundaries of Salesforce and help businesses accomplish their mission better.
What energizes you at work?
The hunt for the best solution to the problem.
Name a work achievement you’re proud of.
The moment I am most proud of is not a Salesforce accomplishment but Salesforce helped make it possible. While at the non-profit, I started the wheels turning for a disaster relief program in response to the massive earthquake in Nepal. In the course of a single day, we went from not doing phase 1 disaster response to having 200 pounds of supplies in route to LA to meet up with a team that would take the medical supplies into the most remote areas of Nepal.
