Justin joined Rosetree Solutions at the end of January. He brings a wealth of consulting experience, field services industry expertise, and 5 Salesforce platform certifications. We get to know him a bit better here.
How did you get started with Salesforce?
I was managing a Support Services company and needed a product as the company grew. We implemented ServiceMax which I worked with the implementation team and administered. This lead to a consulting position with Cloud Sherpas.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
First, seeing the downstream impact having a great solution has on the end user. Second, the flexibility and ability of the system to provide that solution.
What energizes you at work?
Lots of coffee and the final product.
Name a work achievement you’re proud of.
I’ve worked on a lot of projects, but one that stands out was a field service solution for Stryker. This was a multi-year, multi-division org consolidation that was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about Salesforce and hospital equipment.
Professional – to always ask for help. It’s easy to take on too much and get swamped. It’s a tough line to discern.
Personal – always working on my guitar playing, learning some trucker country at the moment. Being a Father – that’s an everyday kinda thing.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
