Syndi Co is a brand new Salesforce customer and desired to consolidate disconnected processes and systems into a single process automation tool. Syndi Co deals with a high volume of support requests via email and needed an efficient way to solve and manage their case workload.
Syndi Co’s team worked to set up their Lead and Opportunity process, including a service catalog that can be added to Opportunities as products. For case management, the team set up email to case and auto case assignment. The Service console was configured to meet their business needs, and custom automation was built to automate the case status when comments or emails were sent or received.
Syndi Co is successfully capturing leads and sales opportunities and effectively transitioned their Support processes into Service Cloud. Their visibility into issues and effectiveness at solving them has added value to their business.
