Sales Lightning Deployment
Storage Solutions’ overall sales process was in need of a better structure and the ability to track interactions. They were looking to shift to data-driven decisions, so all of their CRM data needed to be findable and useable. Improved reporting abilities were needed across all sales efforts to determine ROI and accountability.
Rosetree added structure to sales processes with Lead Queues, Public Groups for sharing rules, auto-processes, and validation rules.
Additionally, we created solution to create tasks for sales reps, with a timeline determined at the Contact. Reports to track sales interactions were also created.
These solutions improved both sales and proposal processes. The work also streamlined project management / workload capacity tracking. At all levels, Storage Solutions are able to track their business better, and have a more complete understanding of their customers.
