CHALLENGES

Paytronix Systems was looking to migrate marketing automation providers to better consolidate marketing efforts on the Salesforce platform. Paytronix engaged with Rosetree Solutions to enable this change, but wanted to make sure there was an additional level of configuration done for marketing stage tracking – in a manner unique to Paytronix’s internal sales operation processes.

SOLUTIONS

Rosetree performed a standard Pardot in Lightning implementation, assisting the Paytronix team in migrating content from Marketo as well and replacing website integration as well. In addition, two custom objects were built to track stages across both the lead and contact object.

RESULTS

Paytronix successfully migrated to Pardot, opening the doors to expanded marketing automation integrated with data on the Salesforce platform. The new objects built now allow for full stage tracking of prospects who move through the sales and marketing process – including being able to “recycle” leads to marketing where prospects move back and forth between stages.
