Moody Law Group engaged Rosetree Solutions for ongoing services related to the Salesforce platform. Some initiatives that needed to be addressed included:

Integrating DocuSign and setting up templates to be triggered off of opportunity for client signatures.

Replacing conflict management software (tracking potential legal conflicts of interest) with Salesforce functionality.

Setting up marketing tracking to see what contacts should be reached out to for additional business.


The DocuSign integration was completed, and multiple document templates were configured to pull relevant information off of the opportunity object when sent out

A conflict custom object, related to opportunities (which Moody Law is using as “Matter”) that is auto-generated off of contacts or entities denoted as “adverse” via checkbox fields. This object is searchable for future reference.

Process builders for auto-campaign association and a dashboard set-up to display campaign influence and opportunity amounts associated with contacts are set up to provide marketing insights.


Moody Law can now simply send filled in engagement letters to clients off of the record page in Salesforce.

Conflict management is now entirely tracked in Salesforce, with no more need for tracking in a disparate system.

The Moody Law team now his direct insight into new contacts that provide a high potential of providing additional business.
