iOffice needed to combine three office software firms into one Salesforce org to provide better visibility into sales processes, and to enable efficient cross-selling between divisions.

Beyond the technical and data consolidation challenges, the three companies needed to blend three discrete sales teams to operate on a core set of processes and metrics.


The Salesforce org consolidation served as a mechanism to define a new company and sales culture at the combined firm. 

Rosetree was responsible for the technical implementation, but a key part of the success of that project came from guiding sales teams during discussions to harmonize key metrics and sales processes.


Salesforce implementation is not simply a mechanical process. The flexibility of the platform allows it to serve as a reflection of company processes.
