Business leaders had asked for changes and enhancements to their Salesforce instance, but their admin did not have the experience to implement them. Rosetree came in to implement the changes and provide some training and coaching on the solutions.
E3’s requested enhancements were all implemented in Sales Cloud running on Lightning Experience.nvolved evaluating Opportunity Stage and the Opportunity record types and making changes to the Opportunity page layout.
A workflow email alert was set up to notify Marketing users when an Opportunity had an RFQ date. Several charts on an existing dashboard were created.
The E3 Microsoft 365 Outlook integration was not functioning, so this was corrected working with the E3 IT department.
To support E3’s in-house admin, all enhancements were delivered with instructional documents and/or videos. The Outlook integration now syncs emails, tasks, and events. The Sales Executive dashboards are updated with relevant metrics and measures.
