Jonathan joined us in 2021. His background includes 10 years of consulting experience, leading projects from initiation through deployment with a focus on communication, process improvement, and hands-on development. Jonathan is a Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer and Certified Scrum Master with 4x Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, App Builder, CPQ Specialist).

YOUR WORK:

How did you get started with Salesforce?

I was project manager for a Salesforce Org Consolidation. I had no idea what even an Account was when the project started. By the end, I was in love.
 

What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?

How easy it is to fix mistakes.
 

What energizes you at work?

Working with passionate people who truly care and enjoy the work they do.

YOUR MINDSET:

Who or what inspires you?
 
Life – spending time with family (mainly my wife and daughter). Doing better for others and helping people and the environment when and where I can.
 
What’s one thing you’re learning now? (professional or personal)
 
I am trying to learn Flows.
 

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Dedicated, Loyal, unable to return their phone calls

JUST FOR FUN:

When you aren’t helping organizations sell faster, serve better, and work smarter, what can you be found doing? (hobbies and interests)

Camping/backpacking – I take a few trips a year and have done it all over the world.
 

What trend do you hope makes a comeback?

Yo-yos. They were fun.
