Our Experience at Salesforce Dreamin' in Color 2024
This June, our company had the privilege of participating in the Salesforce Dreamin' in Color conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. This unique event, inspired by the Kwanzaa principle of Ujima (collective work and responsibility), brought together Black, Latinx, and Hispanic professionals in the Salesforce ecosystem for three days of learning, networking, and empowerment.

Everyone in attendance, including organizers and sponsors, are there to lift up and celebrate underrepresented voices in tech. From hands on sessions to BBQs and galas, everything is designed around learning, networking and fun. I’ve had the honor to attend two years in a row and will not miss it next year. I have been able to connect with so many talented individuals in this ecosystem through attending this conference and I look forward to returning again as an attendee and dedicated volunteer.
